How do I rent an item? 

Renting items on Gearo is super easy. You select the category of gear you are looking for and then filter to find the perfect item. You can choose the date you wish to rent the item on and book it all on the marketplace.

 

What if I rent a bike for two hours and end up taking it for three? 

You will be charged for the two hours that you booked on Gearo. Once you return the bike at the shop you have rented it from, you will  be charged for the additional hour.

 

What happens if my rented item is stolen? 

This is subject to the outdoor gear shops terms and liabilities. Make sure you review it when you are checking out. Some vendors will have the ability to add on insurance at checkout to protect yourself.
