Pickup/Drop Off Windows:
- Gear pick up and return occurs on Mondays and Thursdays 3:00-6:00 PM or Friday by appointment
- At pick up, we will show you each item in your order to ensure we’ve packed it all and answer any questions you have about operations
- At return, we will check all gear for dirt and damages
- Off-cycle pickups or returns may be available on other days of the week, subject to staff availability and a 10% surcharge (each), which must be arranged in advance of paying for your order by emailing [email protected]
Rental Period: Up to 21 days. If you’d like to rent for more than 21 days, please contact us at [email protected].
Cancellation Policy: Customers who cancel in whole or in part at least 24 hours before the agreed-upon pick-up date will be issued a fully transferable credit, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the financial intermediary. More information here.
Cleaning Fee Policy: Gear must be returned completely dry, clean, and in full working order. Fees will be assessed for returned gear that needs drying, cleaning, repairing, or replacement.
